As General Manager for a construction contractor, I oversaw luxury residential and commercial projects, ensuring quality control, on-time delivery, and compliance with building codes, standards, and safety regulations. I managed employees to maintain high safety standards and quality, and I also mentored and trained new hires. I was responsible for estimating and bidding jobs, balancing client expectations with cost efficiency, and worked closely with other contractors to solve problems and improve collaboration.

In addition to new fire sprinkler system installations, our scope of work included inspections and repairs on existing fire sprinkler systems for luxury residences throughout the Jackson area, as well as county buildings such as fire stations, the county administration building, the jail/courthouse, and health facilities.

• Identify and research potential customers through outbound lead generation methods, including cold calls and emails
