I oversaw all packing efforts for LTL and small parcel shipments (FedEx/UPS). I coordinated outgoing LTL shipments and frequently collaborated with our local team to improve shipping numbers and percentages. When available, I even assisted in delivering products myself. Additionally, I worked with customer service representatives to prioritize orders that required immediate attention. I operated the forklift to load LTL trucks and move products. My responsibilities also included ordering in materials and developing new SOPs to enhance packing efficiency and reduce costs.

I was more than just a kitchen staff member; I was an integral part of the restaurant’s operations. I had a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of the kitchen, from making sandwiches to using the fryer, making ice cream cones and blizzards, and assisting with the point-of-sale systems for both the front and drive-thru. I was always ready to lend a hand and help wherever needed.
