Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, manuals, specifications or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece. I operate the Makino double pallet and the Doosan, and make adjustments when needed.

I set-up and operated Homma vertical lathes. I was doing repairs. I would get parts that was damaged machine them on the Homma to a certain diameter. Send them to be sprayed with hot plasma. Then machine them back to there original size. I was working with very tight tolerances as small as a thousand to 5 tenths. i set up multiple jobs using cranes to put the fixtures and parts in the machine.

There i operate and do change overs to Tsugami Tma cnc machines. I ran 8 machines at a time.Kept parts within close tolerances of design standards to maintain optimal quality.

I set up and operated a 4th axis Hyundai Kia VX-400 and also the Mazak 5th axis. I was trusted to set up and run new parts the shop acquired, to make sure the program was operating correctly on the machine. I did my first piece inspection on all the jobs. I worked on the grinding machine and on the Bridgeport milling machine. Created programs and operated Keyence portable CMMs.

Worked with plastics like acrylic. set up and operated Haas cnc, Fadal cnc, brothers double pallet cnc and the Takisawa cnc machines.I also did some diamond fly cutting on the Precitech. The smart scope flash 320,benchmaker view system and the brown and sharp micro-val cmm are the measuring machines i used.
