As the founding principal he is responsible for establishing the growth objectives and strategies for the firm. His primary responsibilities include; customer acquisition, corporate development, and solution architecture for government and commercial clients. Most notably, in 2016 he closed a multimillion-dollar consulting services opportunity with the DoD OSB. The DoD Velociter program was a multimillion-dollar initiative established under the Obama Administration. Velociter was designed to engage over 100 SBIR grantees who’ve developed patents for emerging cyber, scientific and bio-technology platforms. NYMBUS provided business model canvassing, operational analysis, training and business development mentorship for all program participants. In addition to supporting the DoD, NYMBUS provides research, data analysis and strategy development for the following customers; State of Maryland, Saudi Arabian Ministry of Interior, IC-MARC, District of Columbia Government and Groundswell, a renewable energy development organization.
Terrell Richmond served as the Vice President of Business Development, where he focused on the development and execution of corporate business development strategies for A-TEK across federal, DoD and Civilian Sectors. In 2013 he led the technical strategy and capture of a $65M technology sustainment contract for HHS. Since 1996, A-TEK has bridged the gap between science and technology by harnessing the power of mission critical data. A-Tek's domain expertise fosters collaboration and optimization of critical processes, technology and tools which improve performance and increase efficiency in scientific and technology environments.
Performed as the Civilian Territory Manager for Presidio Federal a multi-billion dollar IT Solutions Provider that leads the market in data center optimization, information security, and wireless solutions. In that role Mr. Richmond organically developed a go-to-market strategy , recruited a technical delivery team and captured over $60M in advanced technology operations & sustainment contracts with government agencies that include Department of Defense, SOCOM & SOUTHCOM, United States Postal Service, Army Corp of Engineers, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and the Department of Commerce.
