• My back ground my whole life has been football. While playing football I wanted to make sure I had something set to exceed my playing days. Real estate investing always intrigued me, which led me to my first property. once I started with my first property I was eager to expand my portfolio in the real estate industry.

• Acquired first property in 2016 fixed up the down stairs - Made modifications to the home and that got me Intrigued because of the value I added
• Through 2016-20 I've done close to 15 flips buy and sells
• 2020 purchased a property in Columbus ohio for $400,000 multi family unit property
• In 2021 it appraised at $1,100,000
• 2021 I've accumulated 6 more properties
