Co-founded and led Urban Uplift LA, a nonprofit organization committed to addressing social and economic disparities in South Central Los Angeles. Focused on community-driven solutions that promote food security, educational development, and collective empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designed and managed community-based initiatives, including the Access Oasis program, which provides fresh produce to over 30 families weekly, addressing food insecurity in marginalized communities.
• Coordinated community engagement events such as community baby showers, holiday toy drives, back-to-school drives, and open mic nights, creating safe spaces for community connection and support.

Led community outreach and program development at Little Portion Social Center. Directed initiatives that empower residents through accessible resources, advocacy, and community-driven projects, aligning with social work principles of equity, community empowerment, and sustainability.

• Developed and managed community-based programs, including educational workshops, and resource fairs, providing support to marginalized families.
• Built strong community partnerships with local organizations, and service providers to expand resource access and improve community well-being.
