• Review incoming claims for injury severity and set reserves accordingly
• Monitor all injury treatment with attorneys
• Evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of third party injury claims and

uninsured/underinsured motorist injury claims including, but not limited to, soft tissue, scarring, closed head injuries, joint injuries, and fractures

• Advise and direct outside counsel and in-house counsel in handling of litigation claims
• Utilize claims software and evaluating tools to successfully negotiate factors involved in injury claims.
• Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and any other alternative dispute resolution forums

• Review claims of varying complexity and initiate further action within approved authority levels
