October 2024 internal POD transfer at RDU1 Transferred out 1400 pods to a new launch site. Also inducted the same amount of new pods on the AR floor. Had a team of 8-10 AAs.
At the end of the project we balanced out the floors to have correct balance of pods per floor.
Current project: Building a bridge between IB and Floor health. So IB have the knowledge of floor so RDU1 as team can improve the quality of the AR floor
