  • Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Receive, manage and track project photos, project daily’s, toolbox talks and three week look ahead schedules. Processing of submittals, create transmittal w/review stamp, numbering of submittal, maintain submittal log and process to architect. Processing of RFI’s; Work with the PM to ensure RFI response to get back to the subcontractors. Processing of all subcontractor change orders and emailing them and maintaining files for executed copies. Processing of owner PCO’s (pending change order) and converting to OCO (owner change order). Entering of OCO’s into American Contractor. Maintain logs for change orders, submittals and RFI’s. Manage the drawings. Create links for drawings. Send drawings to printer. Send updated drawings to subcontractors for potential cost updates, providing a deadline of costs and tracking and the costs. Create binders for PM and superintendent of job contracts and scopes of work. Ensure superintendent has dust control book/binder, tool box talks & safety manuals. Support the placement of job trailer, dumpsters, portable toilets, emergency map, hard hats and all trailer signage. Ordering of Knox boxes, address signage, bike racks, fire extinguishers and unit numbers for storage facilities. Dust permits, set up of utilities, water meters, hydrant locations and temp power. Follow up for subcontractor executed contracts and change orders.

Activities

Enjoy giving back to the community, my family volunteers on a regular basis at “Feed My Starving Children.” I’ve volunteered with Building Blocks for Kids with the NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) on several occasions, as well as Construction Days. Love spending all my extra time with my immediate family going on vacations, hikes and trips to the lake and enjoy crafting when I have time.
