Provides in-home care services, including personal care assistant roles, to help individuals maintain independence and comfort in their own homes, with a focus on providing quality care and building relationships.

PAs assist with activities of daily living, such as:

• Household tasks (e.g., cleaning, shopping, laundry).
• Personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, eating).
• Simple health care tasks (with permission of a doctor).
• Monitoring for health and safety.

PA's are selected, employed, and supervised by individual customers who are eligible for the Home Services Program (HSP).

The HSP provides services to individuals with severe disabilities so they can remain in their homes and be as independent as possible.

• Household Tasks: Assisting with meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and other chores.
• Personal Care: Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
• Healthcare Procedures: With a doctor's permission, assisting with certain healthcare procedures.
• Appointment Scheduling: Helping with scheduling and attending appointments.
• Money Management: Assisting with budgeting and other financial tasks.
