Training members of the Polish team and new area Managers Problem Solve; Tranship and Receive utilizing virtual tools.
Prep Process Guide: Identifying a process issue with prep labels printing improperly and submitting a solution that was approved and implemented network wide on the FBA label printer. Migrating into a new platform and new back-end redesign addressed the latency issues of the prior version.
Safety Team Committee Member: To help reduce the risk of workplace injuries and illnesses and ensure compliance with federal and state health and safety regulations. Developing safe work practices and crafting written safety programs. Leading safety training and conducting workplace inspections and safety audits. Proposing and creating safety checklists and promoting employees' interests.
