- Work in the Esd/CSP Systems to fulfill request from the patient to escalate their medication(s) overnight.
- Send aged orders Report out to supervisors/team leads daily.
- Work on aged orders report daily to ensure most if not all aged orders get shipped out within 24-48 hour TAT.
- Communicate with drug file and purchasing on getting manufacturer changes completed.
- Order research on grievance cases.
- Cancel orders that are sent to the backend per patient request via OpsInsight database.
- Work closely with Warehouse department to identify root cause of aged orders and utilize their assistance to keep drug stocked.
- Work closely with Pharmacy Tech department by assist in filling drug orders to ship out to patients.
- Work in Pac systems, Esd, CSP, Rumba, RxExpress daily to ensure orders are shipping out in the backend turnaround time frame.
- Train new Employees in current Department.
