Create and manage jobs schedule to fit the needs of our customers and installation schedule. Mange department employees as well as maintaining quality control. Ensure equipment is properly maintain and serviced

Co owned with my brother Scott, we carved out a niche market to companies like Pepsi and Frito Lay for creative marketing materials with quick turn around times for the state of Florida.

My responsibilities were on the creative side and figuring out how to build / manufacture it in a timely and cost effective manner. I managed the employees and the production process.
