Awards

Certified FCA parts Manager, Certified FCA parts advisor, Achieved the rank of corporal at Foley Police Department after serving as a Patrolman, Field Training Officer and Detective.

Ability Summary

Ever since leaving the law enforcement field I have been in the automotive industry at local dealerships. At these dealerships I have furthered my automotive knowledge as well as my customer relation skills eventually earning my way into a position where I managed a Dodge dealership parts department. While serving as the parts department manager I showed profit increases every year which was above the expected goal set by my employer. During this time I had to solve staffing issues which included disciplinary action. All of this was completed with no management training from Dodge or other sources. I excelled in customer relations and product movement.  Strong qualities I believe are attention to detail, problem solving and customer relations.
