Monitor and adjust work flow for day crew. Adjust work schedule depending on PTO. Make sure trucks are unloaded and loaded in timely fashion. Make sure product is put away in timely fashion especially at the end of the month. Find space and dedicate all new product. Help where needed being w/c, put away, truck schedule, rail unload etc. Start day is approximate.

Cycle Count 1/6th of yard and warehouse everyweek. If there is a significant lose or gain try to find where it might be. Get together with Admin Manager and/or product managers to accomplish this.

Take care of all training safety related including new hire and existing employees. Make sure everyone in the Billings branch stays updated. Put together excel spreadsheets and keep updated. Post spreadsheets so eveyone knows where they stand. Keep track of cpr and first aid training and set up updated training evey two years.

Started on night crew gathering and loading trucks for 3 years. Move to day crew and did all all jobs including cutting beams and bci's.
