Implemented new programs to enhance positive employment opportunities for the special needs students and provided real life work skills to ensure their success.

Directed the W.I.A. federal grant program increasing the funding by 150% in the first year. Developed an in-house 30 hour workplace readiness program as well as developed over 40 outside job placement sites.
