The project completed 5 days early and within the 750K allocated budget.
  • Developed the process for initiation and planning including the project charter, scope statement, communication plan and designed the RFP.
  • Built the RFP along with identifying the proposal evaluation process.
  • Initiated and managed the vendor selection process and contract negotiations with chosen vendor.
  • Centra Point Office Technology Project – The project included setting up the network, computer equipment, setting up the exam rooms, and training. The project was completed on time and within the $2.3 million allocated budget.
  • New Reading Room Deployment – Led the project team in deployment of equipment for reading rooms deployment for 3 new locations.

  • Upgrade of Meditech enterprise electronic health record system – Las Vegas, NV, and California – My team successfully managed the core upgrade for 13 hospitals. The project impacted corporate’s EHR incentive reimbursement program worth over $750K.
  • Meditech 5.6 EHR Upgrade – The upgrade affected 13 hospitals. There were 15 modules that required testing and training. Our team performed the majority of the testing. The hospital staff performed validation testing. Training plans and materials needed to be created and staff training needed to coordinated. As this was the enterprise EHR system, all 13 hospitals were to be upgraded at the same time which required detailed planning, risk mitigating strategies as this would impact patient care.
  • Division Office Remodel – At the division office, the remodel required overseeing the design, build, moving/relocation of resources, schedule coordination, equipment and office procurement.
