  • Planned and coordinated the layout, design, utilities, and equipment that has been used for multiple engineering/NPI production lines which is cross compatible with standard builds. (Previously Blue Line Saguaro, Currently seamlessly functioning as R&O Orange line)

Capacity Expansion:

  • Worked with Sr. Process engineer to map out and coordinate the layout to move the BOP line to the Mainline. When executing the layout seamlessly, helped implement the “build around SKE” process that is ideal for the lean manufacturing practice of one piece flow.

Product Expansion:

  • Built and integrated the Keeylocko, bio-gas, and Havelina BOP/FCM for the first time on the Delaware production floor.

Kaizen:

  • Consistently updated and maintained BOP Kit carts by modifying and repairing shadow boards for the different build types. Implemented the Cable kits to be kitted by B100 instead of taking the space of ten pallets on a floor locator.
  • Carry out managerial tasks by using microsoft office to create and present daily schedules, perform material audits, and document defects into oracle.
  • Perform time studies and make improvements to the standardized work using the WEID generator. Using the WEID generator I am able to create new JIS that will represent the new efficiencies that were found during the time study.
