Serves as the AACN Essentials Champion for the School of Nursing for the development, integration, and data collection for the revised curriculum.

• Developed personal work plan for Essentials integration, faculty education, and "Essentials" retreats for faculty development,
• Designed templates for rewriting / revising course and program student learning outcomes, and assisting faculty on the mapping of new SLOs to University (ISLO) outcomes..

• Developed the Compliance Program for improved regulatory oversight for 11 ambulatory care services to include oversight for 2 mobile units which provided preventive and diagnostic services to the under-served populations in the greater Fresno counties.

• Clinical care manager and staff nurse positions Served as Charge Nurse and patient education coordinator for a 40-bed Telemetry unit.
• Served as Charge Nurse for 15-bed Surgical ICU and 6-bed Shock/Trauma unit.
• Providing high quality acute and trauma health care to all military service personnel, their families and community.
• Provide state of the art burn medical interventions for populations outside of the military community at our Level 1 trauma and burn center services.
• Created the Nurse "Shadow Day" program which allowed junior- ranking officers a brief 2-day mentorship opportunity with senior ranking nurse leaders in preparation for role transitions.
