Ability to dispatch multiple drivers to & from their assigned routes throughout the day each day. Every week there's challenges within the load boards & things can get a bit crazy for the most part.. Load boards fluctuate each & every day causing uproars nationally due to the extremely low rates being paid upon the freight we're hauling literally for free!
