- Then listen for any noises, vibrations, and harnesses (NVH) levels during the drive test
- Inspect individual parts using a gap gauge, filler gauge and/or sizing card to ensure they meet each specification and quality standards
- Conduct a final visual inspection while following my work instructions provided on parametrics
- Checking the exterior and interior of the car for defects, imperfections and misalignment and upholstery quality
- Log Non-conformance (NCs) when defects, malfunction or any areas of improvement are found on each vehicle
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production teams to ensure a corrective action to solve each issue and stop the issue from recurring
- Factory gate each Model Y and Cybertruck and ensure no Non-conformance are still opening and pending then proceed to route car to logistics lot to be transported to customer
- Maintain 5s in each workstation
- Moving flow steps in FX to the correct position to expedite process
