• Processing surplus lines transactions with the current states that im responsible for within the deadlines set by those state entities. Including, but not limited to, surplus lines document review, forwarding policy documents to states (if required), and logging transactions for reporting states.
• Completing and submitting tax reports on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and/or annual basis; involves generating reports; verifying data for accuracy; reconciling data to production
records and resolving differences timely, processing check/ACH requests, and meeting all filing deadlines.
• Updating Tax Filings tab with the status of the tax filing on each transaction.
• Updated the filings calendar with comments and status on each tax payment.
• Scanning and uploading completed reports, supporting documents, and payment confirmations
• Researching, monitoring and implementing any changes required to ensure compliance with each state’s surplus lines requirements
• Support inspection and policy file workflows by retrieving and reviewing 20+ applications, supplements, and related insurance documents through internal document management systems.
• Research account details, identify discrepancies, and document findings to support accurate inspection handling and complete electronic records.
• Maintain file integrity and workflow updates using AmLink and AmLink Docs, ensuring timely documentation and efficient follow-through.
• Evaluate inspection report findings and determine appropriate next steps, contributing to a 20% improvement in workflow efficiency.
• Manage competing priorities and strict turnaround times while working independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
