  • I worked well in UPenn's nano center, fabricating and testing hundreds of chips. I am skilled use a mask aligner to do UV Photolithography. I have work experience in physical vapor deposition, chemical vapor deposition, RIE, wet chemical etching, and ALD.
  • I conducted research to develop new materials like carbon nanotubes and graphene for use in electrical systems.
  • I used probe stations to collect data to ensure samples maintained specifications. I have used probe stations to test hundreds of chips.
  • I operated biodots to drop DNA liquid samples on our chip and test our sensor.
  • I characterized chips using SEM and AFM to test experiment results, analyze samples' quality, and make improvements.
  • I helped teams troubleshoot sample issues and optimize processes under tight time constraints.
  • I used the Layouteditor to design lithography masks to optimize wafer patterns.
  • As a senior, I teach seven graduate students to use various instruments in the cleanroom to help them start their projects and work in a team.
