  • Added new work of $100 million in the public school arena in the buildings segment.

  • Added $600 million backlog and executed largest logistic civil augmentation project undertaken for U.S. Army, the Bosnian 'Joint Endeavor' with project revenues in excess of $400 million and a peak workforce of 7,000 employees.
  • Moved the portfolio into the higher margin operations and maintenance segments which resulted in $150 million of new work and resulted in majority ownership of the Davenport Royal Dock Yard with $250 million revenue whose mission is to retrofit the British Royal Navy nuclear submarine fleet.

  • Won $480 million consulting engineering EPA remedial action contracts with EPA Boston and Philadelphia.
