  • Maintain and schedule all shifts for our Companies clients to ensure all shifts at each post are filled. That all guards are on time and dispatched in a timely manner in order to have them on site when the customer requires.
  • Notate all shift start and end times to ensure all occurrences of employees being late are documented and all on time employees are accurately reflected against the system.
  • Inspect vehicles in fleet to ensure they are safe to operate, as well as make coordinated decisions on which vehicles need to go to which sites and ensure we optimize efficiency for the entire fleet.
  • Perform detailed inspections on each vehicle prior to it being sent out and upon it returning to the office, and updating the inspection in "Fleetio".
  • Keep track of a running board, both physical and digital, that reflects which guard is at which site, in which vehicle at all times.
  • Document all incidents, violations, and reports to include in daily run downs so any pertinent information is not overlooked.
  • Reach out for coverage to fill vacant shifts when there are circumstances that lead to a guard not being able to make their shift.
  • Respond to all dispatches from Corporate office in a timely fashion to ensure anyone contacting Signal gets prompt customer service.
  • Monitor guard activity to ensure they are performing their duties as they are required such as, continuously patrolling sites, not taking too many breaks on shift, remaining on their post at all times while clocked in, and notifying any pertinent authorities if certain situations arise that may need the attention of law enforcement.
  • Keep up to date with constantly changing fleets vehicle positions, which cars are inspected and ready to go, which cars need gas, and which cars need to be sent to fleet services.
  • Provide any additional support required such as gassing vehicles, notating what stock needs to be refilled for the office, reprimand any guards who violate policy on company grounds based on a disciplinary point system.
