This is a clerical position within the clinical department. In this role, I played a crucial part in expediting data retrieval, data entry, timely submission to relevant parties, and enhancing communication within the department and with external parties involved in patient care.

Nursing Assistance: Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in direct patient care, including measuring vital signs, administering medications under supervision, wound dressing, and other patient care-related activities.

Patient Observation: Conduct regular patient observations, monitoring their health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team, and recording relevant information in the patient's medical record.

Support with Daily Activities: Aid patients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility as needed.

Material Preparation: Prepare and organize the medical materials and supplies necessary for procedures and patient care.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide coordinated care to patients.

Patient Education: Provide basic information to patients and their families about procedures, medications, and self-care as guided by the nursing team.

Learning and Professional Development: Actively participate in learning opportunities provided during the internship, seeking to enhance knowledge and skills in nursing.

Medical Equipment Monitoring: Verify the functionality and cleanliness of medical equipment, report any issues, and assist with proper maintenance.
