Trained the Project Leaders to manage any size of turnkey project by themselves without any help from other region of company and it paid off during COVID period, when we install and commission multi-million-dollar Projects by NAM team only.
Trained Global Project Engineering team, worked with them to create training libraries for newcomers and put many steps to reduce the non-conformances on the project design and specs.

I worked with mechanical design engineer for innovative design of Main Drive which is currently been used.
I worked with mechanical design engineer to design assembly jig for mid-section assembly jig and load belt assembly jig.

Worked with document writer to improve the information and checklist for install/commission.
Made template for detailed project plan and financial analysis at project wash up.
2014 -2019 Financial Improvement pre-sale and post-sale of projects
Improved the Install Pricing Sheet for solution and sale team to mitigate the risk of wrong install/commission budget.
In 2019, I went to CKC to preassemble mid-section module for MLS 6L and below to cut short install time and install budget to save money, did that for two projects and successfully cut half of install time and this configuration has still been used.
Did design reviews for all the projects with solution engineers to mitigate the risk of integration and functionality.
Worked with production planning to for proper estimation of project delivery phase time requirements.
Helped to setup manufacturing in Slovakia.
