  • Manage, lead and develop a 2-associate team to deliver vendor management services to Originations business stakeholders. Support team to drive successful business projects and contract management. Report deficiencies and develop framework to promote continuous improvement.
  • Enter, manage and review contract details within the contract lifecycle database for purposes of tracking contract approval and execution process, as well as collect vendor data to support the management of healthy vendor relationships. Structure performance and incidents data into a periodic comprehensive KPI & SLA compliance report.
  • Conduct, design, and implement effective vendor cost reconciliation processes that properly identify areas of cost savings. The latest initiative led to the renegotiation of vendor contracts saving approximately $460k in the 2022 Fiscal year and $36k of annual ongoing savings in Service Agreements expenses.
  • Maintain working knowledge of IT core business application stacks and processes for the ongoing application of emerging automation technologies, and appropriate budgeting in order to effectively manage centralized vendor management spend. Work as liaison with IT business stakeholders and Finance to clearly communicate appropriation deficiencies.
  • Manage individual IT staffing SOW contract expirations, renewals, terminations and conversions. Report weekly to IT hiring managers with updates, and send monthly IT contractor management report that includes cost accrual data to Chief Technology Officer. Conduct biweekly touch point meetings with Chief Technology Officer.
  • Demonstrate overall management responsibilities to draft and negotiate all forms of contracting processes with specific and varied purposes. These include NDAs, software as a service (SaaS) master agreement, MSAs, professional services agreements, SOW, SOPN, service level agreements, privacy agreements, partner agreements and general amendments.
  • Serve as key contact in contractual and vendor relationship matters for Legal, IT, Risk and Originations teams that establish and maintain great working relationships with internal business partners while coordinating with cross-functional teams during end-to-end contract review, negotiation and execution.
  • Lead multiple large-scale RFP projects for the Risk business unit which includes vendor prospecting and vetting, onboarding, cost-analysis, contract negotiations and management, due diligence assessments, and short-term/long-term strategic cross-departmental planning.
  • Monitor vendor associates' database activities to ensure timely and effective completion of vendor evaluations including scorecards, Risk and PII assessments and ensure quality of information and comply with company policies.
  • Responsible for management of managed services projects for Mortgage Technology Group business line. Work alongside the Program Manager to track and review milestones and process change orders in a rapidly changing environment demonstrating strong ability to adapt to dynamic, possibly unpredictable events while efficiently managing projects end-to-end.
