Started as a Crew-member halfway through my senior year, Worked 40-60 hours a week on average. After Three months I was promoted to shift leader, and about two months after that to asst manager. I was responsible for the handling of money and cash deposits, the safety of my crew, and food safety. From this job I Acquired skills to work well with a team, and a view from a managers perspective. I quit after about 9 months Once i was able to Enroll in welding school.
