I was a Buddhist monk for two months and then God opened my heart to know him when I was 20 years old in 1983 in Vietnam. I saw His sparkling cross in the midnight of March 1983 that forced me to confess my sins and to accept Him that night. When I walked up the next morning I felt peace and joy so real that I know the vision is true and my life have changed completely since then.
From then I always desire to serve him as an evangelist and He used me to convert more a hundred people til I immigrated to USA in 1992.
I struggled to start a new life and open some successful business in nail salon industry. But He called me again and I gave up all earthly gains to go to seminary and become a pastor.
Now I shepherd a group of 15 Vietnamese in Little Saigon vicinity.
My desire is reaching out Vietnamese community with only 1.1 % Christians of population of 300,000 Vietnamese in Little Saigon (including Garden Grove, Westminster, Fountain Valley, Midway, and Staton).
I have read theology of Episcopal Church and see it fits mine too: It’s all about God’s love.
I hope with your partnership we certainly reach out a vast of will-be-Christians among us that seldom or even never have heard of the gospel of Christ.
