Tasks:

  • Grant or deny the maintenance, inspection services; replacement, and new orders requests for thousands of the United States Army's weapons and equipment; determine the appropriate level of adjudicative review and update databases with relevant information and decisions
  • Constantly research, analyze and apply safety laws and regulations of United States Army weapons systems, operating instructions, legislative history, precedent decisions, and state/ local and national laws to determine adjudicative decisions.
  • Examine, evaluate, and analyze information and evidence by using a variety of methods including:

- Reviewing weapon quarterly/annually inspection documents, weapons services request documents

- Using United States Army electronic equipment and systems

- Interviewing representative soldiers and the arms room managers who submit the weapons inspection, maintenance services, replacement, or new orders requests

And then make adjudicative decisions on weapons quality, maintenance, inspection, replacement or new order procedures and soldiers' responsibilities

  • Process electronic or paper inspection/ maintenance, replacement, or new order requests by using available Army electronic equipment and systems to verify numerous established data points
  • Provide direct assistance, support, guidance, and instructions to soldiers, the Arms room managers, and other Army higher rank leaders in identifying all the individuals posing a threat to the unit, nation/public's safety and security
  • Conduct the security checks on all applicable weapons with safety laws, regulations, and policies
  • Provide other soldiers, the Arms room managers, and other Army Small Arms and Towed Artillery Maintenance teams from other Army units the greatest support including liaison with internal and external stakeholders, problem resolution, and in-person services.

*Accomplishments:

  • Achieved 5 Army recognition awards for hard work and significant contributions to the unit’s success during serving time
  • Successfully examined, evaluated, analyzed, and provided valuable and adjudicative decisions on weapons quality, maintenance, inspection services, replacement, and new order requests to make sure 2000 weapons which cost around $10 million from 05 United States Army's infantry companies' mission capable in pressured and busy working conditions
  • Effectively promoted and applied new annual inventory ideas for above thousands of Army tools and equipment, finishing the unit’s missions before deadlines
  • Voluntarily cross-trained with another Military Occupational Specialty in an unexpected circumstance with a brief time and harsh conditions to provide other teams with the greatest support and accomplish the unit’s toughest missions, helping the unit return to the home station faster, saving the unit millions of dollars of training costs (a single rotation can cost up to $25 million)
