Cooking has become my ultimate escape during the quarantine. It has taught me to be well-organized, time-efficient, and careful. Spending hours in the kitchen has become my favorite pastime, as it helps me unwind and release my anxiety. The best part is when my loved ones appreciate my culinary skills and enjoy the dishes I make. It is the ultimate satisfaction and a way to show my love to them.

I came to yoga for meditation and flexibility enhancement. Despite practicing simple poses, I have noticed significant changes in my body and mind. Yoga helps me to stay calm, focused, and balanced throughout the day. It is not just a physical exercise but a way of life that encourages mindfulness and self-awareness.
