I currently work for my Grandma every now and then no pay for about 3 years she has dementia. I help her with almost everything, such as getting to and from the toilet and shower. Prepared meals and snacks according to prescribed diets. Assisted in ambulation and exercise routines for her. Helped her move in bed, stand, or walk using proper body mechanics technique. Recorded daily notes about my grandma's condition. I also monitored vital signs, such as temperature, pulse rate, and blood pressure.

I unfortunately resigned from Cedarhurst because of a lack of professionalism and communication within the managers and staff. There was drama, no staff, and many call-offs. It wasn't a good environment to work in. Very draining.
