• To be fully aware of responsibility and accountability for the spa operation including revenue ,cost and profitability.
• Assessment of client and appropriate record tracking
• Provide massage therapy to members, guests and corporate clients
• Sell and promote the spa service
• Educate the client and members on the benefit of massage for both relaxation and physician wellness.
• Maintain the spa's high level of customer service and standards by attending continuing education classes.
• Responsible in giving the training staffs and refresher training course of newly -hired therapist.
• Store controlling and making spa promotion,ensure all operating supplies and equipment's set up in accordance with pre-determined policies and procedures
• Develop and implement training program and conducting training session for staffs.
