I am a dedicated and highly motivated medical graduate with a strong commitment to advancing patient care and contributing to the medical field. My rigorous academic training at SRM Medical college Hospital and Research centre,India; has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of medical sciences and clinical practices. Throughout my education and internship, I have demonstrated a profound dedication to medicine, participating in various clinical rotations , and consistently seeking opportunities to enhance my knowledge and skills.

1) MEDICAL EXTERN AT PRECISION IMMEDIATE CARE: [JULY 8, 2024 - AUGUST 4, 2024]

• Working currently as an extern at precision Immediate care ,stone park,Illinois,Chicago affiliated with the Humboldt park Health Family Medicine Residency for a period of 4 weeks.
• During my 4 weeks period at the clinic I have done history taking,discussing probable differentials and treatment options along with updating the patient data to the EMR.
• Actively involved in various outpatient procedures like suturing removal,dressings,ear irrigation.
• Learned about the physical examinations forms for school and sports.

• 2)MEDICAL EXTERN AT CHERUBIN FAMIY HEALTH CARE: [JUNE 3, 2024 - JUNE 30, 2024]

• Worked as an extern at Cherubin Family Health care with Dr.Cherubin affiliated with the NY presbyterain Hospital ,Newyork.
• Managed patient intake procedures ,including vital sign recording ,history ,physical examinations,documenting patient data into the EMR for about 5-6 patients a day.
• My time with Dr.Cherubin had helped me with the better understanding of the primary care cases as I have come across patients of different age groups and with different health conditions.

3) MEDICAL EXTERN AT LASANTE MEDICAL CENTER: [ MAY 1, 2024 - MAY 31, 2024]

• Worked as an extern at LaSante Hospital for a period of 4 weeks, from Monday to Friday.
• Observed and managed patients with regular follow-ups for hypertension and diabetes.
• Conducted history taking and discussed potential differential diagnoses with the attending physician.
• Participated in the treatment, patient management, and care under the supervision of a doctor.
