Project name: Retail Service Experience

• Development and testing for iOS based mobile application, Tapestry. This application runs on iPad that is used by the T-Mobile's retail store representative and Managers to support their customers visiting the store.

Contribution:

• Work with the Product Manager to plan the road map of the product.
• Work with Agile team on the Sprint planning.
• Create technical design documentation in Confluence, update the development, testing and deployment strategies.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrum meetings with other agile teams and discuss on the dependencies, project timelines and risks.
• Clarify the queries raised by development and testing team members.
• Plan and track the team efforts, create and update the user stories in JIRA tool.
• Work with business stake holders to clarify their queries, discuss the new requirements and ensure they are developed, tested and deployed as scheduled.
• Involve in production validation during alpha and beta testing.

• Coordinated and executed customer data migration from Sprint to T-Mobile system, maintaining data integrity throughout the process.
• Assessed migration-related issues and coordinated with appropriate fix agents to facilitate timely resolutions.
• Analyzed subscription billing data to identify and rectify issues, preventing ticket generation in production.
• Designed and implemented Splunk queries to ensure effective oversight of production dashboards.

Project name: Retail Alerts

• Retails Alerts is an iOS based mobile application used to notify the Retail Store Representatives about the known critical issues.

Contribution:

• Work with Testing team to ensure the test coverage and quality of the deliverables.
• Work with production support team to understand the current challenges or issues with the software and resolve their issues.

• System level testing of Sprint Retail Management System and mobile based Guided Sales Tool.

• Gained good understanding of Sprint Retail Management System and GST functional flows and their architecture.
• Work with the scrum team on daily basis to derive test cases from Test Design Specification document.
• Performed test planning and execution tasks for the new functional implementation.

• Analyzing the production defects and support the development team in fixing the same.

Project name: Sprint Enterprise Testing

• As a defect lead, I have followed up on defect status with the submitter and the resolver group and get it to closure so that project is delivered in time and defect KPIs are within the limit.

Project name: Telstra R&E - Testing

• Enhancement release for Telstra Registration and Enrollment system.

• Extract test cases from use cases.
• Map the requirements with the tests cases.
• Create and update Test strategy, Master Test Plan and Test Summary Report.
• Identify & execute regression test cases.
• Involve in daily status meetings and clarification meetings with the BAs, Architects and onshore test team.
• Knowledge sharing with the team members of offshore and onshore.
• Execute test cases and update the results in HP Quality Center tool.
• Update the status of defects after retesting.
• Update the status to the onshore test manager

• Co-ordinate with the development team in fixing the defects.

• Involve in creating, reviewing and updating the Product Verification Information Document.
• Regression, Sanity and Interoperability testing.
• Mentored the new team members to make them learn about the Nortel CDMA system.
