- Worked with teaching staff to evaluate individual progress and recommend appropriate learning plans.
- Teach children basic skills such as identifying colors, shapes, numbers, and letters.
- Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)
- Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Gave one-on-one attention to children while maintaining overall focus on entire group.
- Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
- Instilling a sense of order and discipline in the classroom.
- Monitoring free time on the playground.
- Ensuring the classroom is a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
- Track children’s progress and report to parents
- Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background.
- Sanitized toys and play equipment each day to maintain safety and cleanliness.
