  • Intimately familiar with all the Pine Canyon facilities and the systems including past repairs, age of components, and the need for future repairs or replacements
  • Implemented CMMS software (FMX) to monitor and document tasks start and end dates, money spent, time spent, and resolution
  • Implemented Preventive Maintenance for all HVAC systems and refrigeration in all property buildings
  • Changed the maintenance shop area from a small bench with some tools to a fully functional shop capable of doing any repairs necessary
  • Assigned tasks to employees keeping the buildings in proper shape and habitable for the members enjoyment
  • Consistently came in under budget for maitenence
