Dr. Theodore Perl is a distinguished ophthalmologist specializing in corneal and refractive surgery with over four decades of clinical and academic experience. He completed his fellowship in Corneal and Refractive Surgery at the University of California, San Diego, following a comprehensive education that included a residency at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center and an M.D. from Chicago Medical School.
