• Manages and oversees the daily operations of the facilities ensuring cost-effective facility operations in accordance with all legal, compliance and regulatory requirements and programs.
• Collaborates with the Medical Director and the Charge Nurse regarding the provision of quality patient care in the dialysis facility incorporating all activities rom admission through to discharge.

As Clinic Manager of the Las Vegas Facility, I was responsible for supporting and driving FMS quality standards through meeting all ESRD regulatory requirement. Also accountable for outstanding quality of patient care, as defined by FMS quality goals, by working with the Medical Director, Regional Quality Manager and Vice-President of Quality. I was also responsible to implement appropriate training according to FMS policy, insure training th ensure ongoing compliance with all FMS management initiates. This included accountability for compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
