- Responsible for cultivation of casino and hotel guest.
- Knowledege of company wide promotions, food and beverage options at our property and our sister’s properties.
- Opening and closing duties, menu’s knowledge and daily reports.
I am passionate about the hospitality industry. I have management experience with training and opening new restaurants. (Triple George and Oceanaire) I have also relaunched a restaurant. (Barrel House) I believe at this time I would be an asset in the relaunching of our industry.
