  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations.
  • Prepare tax reports, tax deposits, and tax returns in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Prepare the floorplan report and reconciliation.
  • Manage the payoff of the vehicle floor plan, and work with the bank representatives.
  • Prepare sales commission/chargeback detail reports
  • Approve new charge accounts, and oversee the collection of past-due accounts.
  • Comply with information and prepare reports as requested by management and/or the dealer principal.
