Summary

I have worked in education for 33 years as a classroom teacher, instructional teacher, assistant principal and principal. My experience covers best practices for teaching and learning, classroom management and lesson development. I bring to the classroom a long background of working with students of all ages, backgrounds, needs and interests. When I was a teacher I collaborated with my teammates to develop practices for delivering instruction and evaluating the effectiveness of that instruction. As an administrator I understand the demands of the teacher's job and the responsibilities of all employees to keeping a safe and secure learning environment.
