At the Federal Bureau of Prisons, I spearheaded initiatives that significantly reduced recidivism rates by integrating evidence-based rehabilitation programs. In the department that I worked in I was the credit card holder. My duties included maintaining the budget for the department and paying bills. I was also responsible for maintaining supplies needed for the everyday operation.
