  • Hired to develop and launch TaskRay + Communities (a Saleforce app for customer onboarding and project management) for the Professional Service Team within a 6-month project timeline.
  • Worked closely with the Professional Service Team and Salesforce Developers to analyze current needs, issues, potential solutions, and risk for the implementation of TaskRay + Communities.
  • Recommended, built POC for service and support use cases, and presented demonstrations to secure ROI, and implemented a digital documentation App (Conga) to automate key reports and account reviews that were being built manually.
  • Built a custom TaskRay Console App and TaskRay Project Templates per product/implementation tier.
  • Independently created a custom Salesforce Professional Service Community that integrated TaskRay to allow customers to schedule their implementations with their Education Consultant.
  • Each of the designed educational platforms had audience criteria, access to live webinars, 2 streams of information for Administrators and Teachers to access, Live Chat, Discussion Forum, and Technical Support Cases routed by product, and an integration with Getfeedback.
  • When the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic caused a shutdown of in-person schooling, there was an immediate need for a COVID-19 Community to assist teachers with online learning.
  • Within 2 weeks, created an entire new automated eCap Edmentum Online Community with a global discussion forum and topics, access to all COVID-19 related materials, and education platform guides/webinars.
  • Created automation to rout technical support cases to [where?] allow Administrators and Teachers access online learning resources in an expedited fashion.
  • Rebuilt all fields and object integrations within TaskRay Custom Objects using Salesforce Lightning and page layouts while maintaining object, field-level security, sharing settings, and architecture integrity.
  • Created custom Flow and Process Builder Automations for Project creation and stages, and created TaskRay and Community Reports for Executives, Directors, and Education Consultants.
  • Wrote and maintained technical and functional specifications to document TaskRay + Communities intentions and requirements.
