• I currently work as a labor and delivery (L&D) nurse at Aspirus Rhinelander.
• As a labor and delivery nurse, I am responsible for the care of both mother and infant
• I support the laboring mother through delivery and post-partum care until discharge
• I have been trained to be a preceptor for new hires in L&D
• I am a co-teacher for Aspirus Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), as well as a co-teacher for Aspirus High Risk Simulator Post-partum Hypertension and Hemorrhage
• In 2018, I completed the cross-training required to work intermittent shifts on the Aspirus Acute Care Unit

• Working at AGI Nursing Home gave me the following skills: critical thinking under pressure, time management, and delegation while caring for a unit of residents
• I cared for residents who were both long-term and short-term
• I managed care plans, distributed medication, and assisted physicians during visits
