I sincerely believe that the church as a whole is at a reflection point. Church attendance is declining and my generation and the generations afterwards struggle to embrace the church of my grandparents. The remedy is to have pastors with their grip on the principles and traditions that brought us this far, while having a pulse on the future. We need pastors that blend both worlds together without compromising who we are and what we believe. While I haven't mastered this approach, I've been highly effective at reaching across generational lines through sound inspirational biblical preaching and creative outreach that fosters lasting church growth spiritually, numerically, and financially.
