• Researched the market size of personal healthcare and elderly care services in the U.S. and Japan.

• Guided by Mr. Viet Huynh (Co-Founder, Board Member, and CFO) and Advisor Daniel Fernandez (Stanford BA, Kellogg MBA, Director at Genentech).

• Contributed insights that helped WeCare247 secure successful Series A financing from Mynavi Corporation, a healthcare conglomerate from Japan.

On-Site Internship (Summer 2024, Ho Chi Minh City):

• Served as an intern team leader, conducting interviews to gain deeper market insights.

• Developed a proposal under mentor guidance and pitched innovative strategies, including:

1. Transitioning from traditional advertising to data-driven social media engagement.

2. Creating an “Uber-style” national caregiving platform for more efficient staffing.

3. Shifting from paper-based note-taking to a digital health data tracking system leveraging AI.

4. Implementing stronger cybersecurity measures.

• Earned a position on the WeCare247 implementation team, directly influencing the company’s service delivery model and contributing to its continued growth in the on-demand patient care industry.

• Co-founded a sneaker reselling business with younger brother, purchased shoes wholesales from ebay and other marketplaces, resold them online through Instagram, StockX etc, marketplaces, shoes events
• Hired, trained and directed 6 friends for sales, customer services
• Analyzed sales data, developed strategies to optimize profits, managed inventory and operations
• Grew our Instagram page to 4,660 followers, earned around $15,000 in profit used to fund our Affctive Lives Foundation, and gained important connections

• Co-founded Affctive Lives Foundation with younger brother, supporting children with special needs and disadvantaged students in rural VietNam
• Formed and led the team of 5 students to launch multiple projects including: 1) Beyond Limits project provided arts and crafts materials to 30 special needs students of VIP Store and school supplies to 115 students of Cu Chi School for Children with Disabilities
• 2) Affctive Sandals project (partnership with Plan International): provided 402 pairs of specialized Sandals (for mountain weather) to children in Ha Giang province
• 3) Connecto Couer: Collaborated with Connecto Couer in organizing the fundraising efforts in CA and Vietnam, raising a total of $1500 to rebuild classrooms in Ha Giang affected by Typhoon Yagi

• Company Overview: A summer program organized by UCI’s Paul Merage School of Business to expand high school students' financial and investing expertise
• Designed a personal wealth management plan for a long-term financial strategy
• Created a project on financial future goals by researching stocks, retirement plan, and future career
• Presented case studies analyzing household financial situations using a sample of a US family

• Community cleanups at the homeless shelter Thomas house and Corona Del Mar beach; distributed 50 arts and crafts for children of low-income families

• Educated a group of ~30 4th-5th graders weekly by creating slideshows about Bible lessons and music, and worked in the tech booth to adjust audio and slides
