My work history began a the age of 16 in a couple small restaurants as food has always been a passion of mine. I began my law enforcement career at the age of 20 at the Laurens County SO and have been so employed until the present with the exception of Jan 2015 thru Dec 2016. For those two years I operated my own business as a private investigator for which I am still currently licensed in GA. During my career at the sheriff's office I have worked my way up from beginning in the jail to the position I currently have as a Lieutenant and supervisor of the Crime Suppression Unit which is responsible for thwarting street level criminal activity, serving arrest warrants, and drug investigations. I am also currently detached to the Drug Enforcement Administration(DEA) as a Task Force Officer responsible for working large scale drug investigations.
During my tenure at the LCSO I have held the following positions:
My responsibilities included the following:
Owner of Middle Georgia Investigations, LLC which I am a sole proprietor in and responsible for conducting investigations on behalf of private individuals concerning cheating spouses and custody matters, insurance fraud cases as well as security for businesses. This type of business requires self-motivation and long hours of surveillance, report writing skills, documentation skills, technical skills among others.
I have completed approximately 36 credit hours to date and currently attend Dalton State College in pursuit of a Bachelor of Science.
