· Provide one-to-one support, direction, and assessment for students in Integrated Co-Teaching (ICT) classroom.
· Adapt and modify curriculum, and provide small group instruction.
· Pull-out or Push-in to provide additional support for students with IEPs
· Participate in student planning meeting with general education teachers, and related service providers.
· Coordinate the administration of all statewide assessments, including preparation before and follow-up after testing windows.
· Implement the required policies for all assessments in the state based on the Test Coordinator’s Manual.
· Organize, manage, and implement all standardized testing within the building.
· Work closely with administrators to enhance the quality of instruction for students receiving special education and related services.
· Assist with addressing federal and state requirements regarding procedural and instructional accountability.
· Collaborate with general education teachers to implement required policies and procedures for students with disabilities.
· Lead the Special Education Department in developing IEP goals and maintaining compliance reports.
· Assist teachers with completing Special Education Recovery Services (SERS) documents.
· Create a digital IEP caseload tracker for special education teachers during Annual Reviews.
· Collaborate with Principal to develop Comprehensive Education Plan (CEP) goals for special education.
· Conduct and facilitate SIT team monthly meetings to discuss students' needs and recommend appropriate interventions for students experiencing difficulties.
